We only keep your personal information as long as we need to for the purpose it was requested. All information you provide during registration and assessment will be kept as long as you remain registered with us.

We only ask our registered Nurses and HCAs to provide proof of identity and address after successfully completing the final interview stage.

Do we share your personal data with anybody else?

We might share basic information of our staff (such as your experience and skills) with our direct clients but none of your personal data will be distributed to any other third parties.

We only share client information with those people you have authorised us to (such as LPAs or close family) or as required to ensure you are well cared for and in your best interests (eg. your GP, care home, hospital staff caring for you).

All data is held on secure servers with additional Sitelock security in place. All documents uploaded are encrypted. Our staff will only use your data as instructed by us and have a duty of confidentiality regarding your personal data
